This company does not deliver the quality of product or service that they promote, and are difficult to get a hold of and communicate with. On top of that, employees are rude and condescending. Showtime Events/Michigan Events is not above insulting their customer to make themselves look better. We actually had an excellent experience with them during the sales process, but once the final check was cut (prior to the event), it was all downhill, and we did not receive what was in our contract or what was verbally communicated to us.
