I started with a different company that could not finish the project. I waited three weeks for them to start. After assessing the problem Michigan Drain came the next day and the next day working in winter weather . Able to do laundry for first time in a month. They are so nice and professional. Their price is very fair. Could not be more pleased.

On Labor Day, Portal messaged Michigan Drain of my clogged basement laundry drain. Flow slowed and eventually started backing up into open washtub. Delayed next load. Additionally, upstairs kitchen sink and dishwasher discharged into same pipe just before laundry merged. Occasional delays draining in kitchen began showing there also. MI Drain responded same day. Came out next day. Fixed in under 30minutes. Thought pricing reasonable.

Very professional. No other company answered the phone. I was leaving messages and not getting a call back. My main sewer drain was clogged and we needed it cleaned out. Aaron answered the phone and came to our house within 2 hours. We will not call anyone else from now on!
