Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but the folks at Michco were very accommodating to me. I'm a seasoned business person and I REALLY appreciate GOOD customer service, which is exactly what I received from these folks. When I contacted them needing to purchase a bunch of 17" sanding screens, I told them I was coming from about 50 miles away, so they gladly checked their inventory, pulled what I needed, and held it all for me so I didn't have to wait when I picked it up. Once I got there, they were very pleasant to deal with and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.
