Receptionist was NOT friendly nor welcoming, watching Me struggling to get in the door with a heavy window, then speaking to me in an appalled breathy tone because I wasn't aware that replacing the glass in a window, double pane would take 7-10days or cost over 150.00 bucks... Yeah, I don't break the glass in windows very often, and I don't work for glass replacement businesses, so there's that. Now I know, but my instructor wasn't very pleasant. Buh bye now, TY anyway!
