I am a landlord and have a bunch of houses. I have used these guys for putting in new furnaces, and water heaters. They are inexpensive and get the job done. On repairs generally they will not over charge, but are not always available 24*7. Often it is better to replace stuff than spent a lot of money on repairs. They like to be paid upfront/quickly, but you are far more likely to get a good cost on a new furnace than other contractors. Top grade people, easy to work with.

Local company who has been in business for many years. I have been using them for over six years. They have fair pricing, good products, and good work ethics. I am only giving them 4 stars because nobody is perfect, but they are really close...
