Recently went to Innova for a much needed hair cut/hairdo. Both my daughter and I were very happy with my new hairdo. Even a few days later it is still looking fantastic. Would highly recommend this salon.

Yes, I am posting from an experience I had at this place from over 10 years ago. This salon never came up in Yelp until now. The owner was rude, brash, and very unprofessional. I am aware that bridezillas do exist, but I feel I was very low-key when trying to plan my wedding. Despite record rainfall that day and a few unplanned circumstances that arose, everything went really well. The only thing that still grinds my nerves to this day was the awful vibe that the owner of Innova had toward me and my wedding party. I booked manis/pedis in advance, and she insisted I come in beforehand and pay a deposit. I was kind of like "huh?" but my mom and I tried to swing by two days before the wedding and give her her deposit. We waited patiently (even though we had a crap ton of running around to do) for 45 minutes while she tried to figure out how to get her credit card machine to work. She never did figure it out while we were there, but did manage to insult the color of my hair that I had professionally done in Chicago. I could go on about the drugstore make up and nail color she used, how my friend's hair and my hair ended up looking absolutely nothing like the pictures we brought in, or how she barked at me and some of my friends throughout the morning, but I'll just say you're better off taking your business someplace else.
