Alix is an amazing piercer!! APP approved, very cleanly, very easy to talk to, easy to set up an appointment with, all the good things! I love that they have a huge selection of high quality and great priced jewelry to choose from too! It can be stressful walking into some piercing or tattoo shops - not the case with Ink Therapy. Alix is literally one of the sweetest and most gentle and patient piercers Ive ever met. I felt so safe and genuinely comfortable, which is big when it comes to getting a needle into ur skin!! Very warm environment that puts any nerves at ease.
I had such a great experience getting my ears pierced with Alix! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves.
Alix made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and checked in with me throughout the process. Her attention to detail and care really stood out, and I felt confident that I was in great hands.
