Had a scheduling mishap for a facial, Nikki reached out to me to fix the issue as well as offer a complimentary service. It was so incredibly relaxing, super cute space, and she is so nice! A great resolution to a sticky situation. Will definitely be revisiting!
I wanted a place for a simple cut, but with a professional stylist, cozy vibe without pressure of an upsell, or a super busy salon. It was so calm and relaxing and was the perfect vibe! Rose did a great job and was the perfect balance of friendly and kind without being over chatty (introverts rejoice!). Definitely will be returning!
Headspace beauty lounge is THE best salon in the Lansing area! The women who work here are so smart and incredibly attentive down to every detail, everyone is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. The studio is so aesthetically pleasing and clean; it instantly takes away any stress, especially when greeted by goose the puppy.
