“We had a leak in our sewer pipe in the wall of a finished room in our basement. Walls, carpet were very wet. We had the wall opened to expose the pipe. Had a plumber repair the leak. I contacted Victor of Premier Restoration for a quote to have the glued-down carpet removed, the affected drywall removed/replaced, add an access door to the pipe area, and paint the room. Victor provided valuable information about the project and helped us work with our insurance company. Answered all questions we had about the project. Premier Restoration employee, Brandon, arrived as scheduled and on time. Removed affected drywall, carpet/baseboard. Drying fans were installed. Cleaned/sanitized studs/wall. Applied anti-microbial agent to the affected area and floor. To continue project, Brandon and Justin, Jr. arrived as scheduled and on time. Exceptionally skilled at installing new drywall, getting it ready for paint, installing access door and painting room, two coats. Very personable, conscientious, professional workers. Steps to basement were always covered; clean up was always thorough.
