I recently heard of an extremely generous act of kindness that this company did for a coworker and friend of mine who is dealing with a serious illness and it moved me to tears. Thank you for providing an excellent service to this community and having a genuine care for others. When I inevitably experience a heating or cooling issue, I WILL be calling Hager Fox to help. I was able to get a non-emergency appointment within 48 hours. Benjamin arrived timely and was polite and friendly throughout the appointment. He worked efficiently, and were my questions, and let me know what was happening every step of the way. He even did a little extra to help prevent similar issues in the future. Overall excellent experience.
