Ben responded to my inquiry over facebook in a very timely fashion. He does awesome work! We needed a deep clean/detail because of milk spillage. It smelled awful and I was not hopeful that it could be taken care of, but Ben assured us that he could take care of it. Sure enough, he took care of it, took the seats out of the car and cleaned the spill and cleaned the entire carpet as well as a whole car detail as well as a basic exterior wash (which looked great). I was super impressed! He is very professional and very kind. He explained everything he did in detail, which is important to me. The car looks literally brand new! 100% recommend and will use this business again.
