New to Michigan, so i was apprehensive about hiring a company that i new nothing about. I have used g&w appliance twice in the last month. Once for our dishwasher and once for our refrigerator. Less than $200 later, we have two appliances that work like new. But the best part of my experience with everyone at G & W Appliance was the absolute professionalism and decency with which they conducted themselves. They did not try to talk me into a new appliance...they simply and efficiently performed the repairs. They followed up with appointment reminders to make sure we were on the same page. Ryan came out on a Warranty Call for our new Maytag Washer. He was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail, and provided us with more education on the operations of our High Efficiency Maytag Washer. Thank you again!

My fridge stopped cooling, and Frigidaire's warranty dept had G&W come look at it. Don was very nice and was quick to diagnose the issue (bad timer), and had my fridge back up and running just two days later. Great service!
