Cannot say nicer things about this studio! All the instructors are so motivating and soothing to the soul. Genuinely excited to go to every class and leave them feeling motivated for the next one!

Wonderful first time experience. Attended the Strong Slow Flow on a Saturday morning and wow, it felt so amazing. The hot yoga truly made me feel as if toxins were leaving my body. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. Planning to continue incorporating Firefly Hot Yoga Barre to my life <3

Did hot barre class, WOW! Incredible, I have done pure barre in the past, but to add the heat it was amazing. The instructor was great, good energy, great motivator and made me smile and chuckle a little. Once the class was over it was hard to walk down the stairs, but it was a great feeling at the same time to know I got such a great workout. I recommend this business.
