I can't say enough good things about this place! I was having terrible arm, shoulder and neck pain and I went a couple of months ago hoping to relieve some of the pain with a massage. Kristin was so knowledgeable and helpful and amazing at what she does. She gave me exercises to keep the pain from coming back and educated me about what was going on. I have been pain free ever since the massage and implementing the exercises. HIGHLY recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a deep tissue massage with Kristin, and it was nothing short of exceptional. I don't think I have felt this relaxed in my life. I will definitely be returning soon!

I won’t go anywhere else for massages. Kristin is incredibly knowledgeable and great at addressing chronic pain issues. She also gives stretches and guidance to maintain your mobility in between appointments.
