Kristin is an excellent MT. She is very skilled in the technical aspects of massage as well as being relaxing. Along with being very attentive, and confirming if pressure in different areas is adequate. Very respectful of privacy and will accommodate your level of comfort. Kristin also showed and went over different stretches to do at home to combat pain in between sessions.

There are not enough words for me to describe the wonderful experience I had with Kristin. I was looking for someone who understood muscle anatomy and help relieve my chronic lower back and hip pain. Kristin more than fit the bill, she relieved me of pain I'd been suffering from for the past 3 or more years and given me back some of my mobility. I will definitely be returning for a "touch up" and recommend her to anyone looking for relief from chronic muscle pain.

Kristin was extremely professional and the whole experience is an amazing blend of attentiveness to underlying health issues and relaxation. Best massage therapy experience I’ve had, couldn’t recommend more highly.
