I researched massages in the area I saw the great reviews (5⭐️). I am extremely happy I booked — I had a wonderful massage and Kristin is very knowledgeable and took time to show me specific stretches and modalities to help. I highly recommend!

I've been going to Kristen for a couple years now. She is great about understanding your issues by asking you what are the main areas to focus on and showing you what muscles are causing your pain. Once we are done she will show you tailored stretches for some of your issues to take home for self care in-between sessions and will follow up with a YouTube video for your viewing pleasure. In this COVID19 environment, she is very careful, clean, and professional to make sure both of us are safe. I will continue to come back for more work either Deep Tissue or Sports massage focused as we enter into the warm months for more outdoors activities. Thank you for what you do!
