Customers report being very satisfied with the work, noting excellent value and that everything looks great. The team is described as professional, courteous, and highly proficient, with a great group of guys doing quality work. They were willing to do small jobs, like putting back up a piece of siding, and even fixed another piece that had slid down. One customer had an excellent experience with warranty concrete replacement work on their driveway, praising great communication before, during, and after the job, and noting the team cleaned up and did not leave a mess. The slab looks great, with rebar put in for extra strength before pouring. Another customer shared that the team did amazing work on their roof, helping right in time for the rainy season. Many would definitely recommend them and use their services again, with one planning to give repeat business and another already planning to have them come back for other needed work.
We are very pleased with the new deck Emerson Home Improvement built for our home. It was unfortunate that there was a heat wave during their work time here. However, despite the heat and a discovery of some siding rot Emerson got the job done with no major delays. Emerson let us know about the problem quickly. We were given a fair quote to repair the damage. Kudos to this hard group of folks! I would hire them again for any other projects.
Contracted Emerson to perform some siding/soffitt repairs on our home- We had an arch over a window that was rotted and some other spots 20 to 30 feet off the ground around back with wood rot and woodpecker holes
What I appreciated most was that he didn’t grumble and complain about the difficult/sketchy aspects of the job before handing me an inflated estimate the way basically everybody else did, didnt make any excuses to do unnecessary work (like removing a whole section of gutters), he just explained what needed to be done and said it wouldn’t be a problem.

Emerson did a fantastic job and was very professional! They were willing to do just a small job for me (putting back up a piece of siding that fell off during a wind storm). Also, they noticed another piece of siding that had slid down and they fixed that too. They are very reasonably priced as well! I will definitely use them for future projects!
