Best price coupled with Elliot Ward answering all our questions before and after installation of energy efficient Furnace, AC and water heater. Installation crew was great, no mess or issues, and showed us how everything worked. We were impressed by the “no pressure “ estimates from 4 well known companies in Lansing but as I said price was the tiebreaker, happy to recommend E.H. Ward company hope they are in business for another 100 years.
Our Nest Thermostat went out during the night and we woke up to a freezing house. Called our usual hvac provider first, they could not come until tomorrow. Called a few more,same story. Called E.H.Ward, who we had not used before and they were amazing! Tried to trouble shoot over the phone first then said they’d have someone out this afternoon. By 3:00 we had heat! Thank you E.H.Ward!
Called them at mid day regarding modifying ductwork,and relocating a vent. Arrived same day and the job was done quickly, and professional. Great customer service!!
