Dr. Derkson is the ideal dentist for anyone who dreads or even dislikes sitting in that chair. He's kind, good-natured and thorough. He listens to you with full attention, remembers everything you've said and connects with how you feel while giving you sage advice about how to proceed. His aura permeates the practice: everyone you come into contact with is pleasant, helpful, friendly and cheerful. I especially like how up-to-date the office and its communications are.

Let me start by saying—I hate going to the dentist. It takes more mental preparation than running a marathon. I need to hype myself up just to book the appointment, and then double that to actually show up. But, a friend recommended Derksen Dentistry, and after some extensive (read: borderline obsessive) research, I decided to take the plunge. Doctor Derksen and his entire team is the ONLY team I would want working on my teeth. They have treated me like family since day one. I've even missed so many appointments that I brought his office staff flowers and him a turkey call just to suck up so I could stay a patient. If that doesn't tell you how good they are then I don't know what will. ? Sorry guys but you're stuck with me.
