Exceptional customer service. When I rushed to explain about a medical situation, the worker named Jason took no hesitation to help us out. He helped us to get into the other family member's room and called an ambulance for her. Thanks to Jason, she was able to get to the hospital in a timely manner.Rooms were clean, staff members were nice, the beds were comfortable. Excellent service they helped us with injured family member and got ahold of paramedics helping us and giving services towards getting them safely to a hospital nearby we as a family appreciate the hard work put into there customers for all endeavors :).
This hotel is perfectly adequate. The front desk service was very friendly and the rooms are solid. I was disappointed by the hot tub, which was not nearly as nice as it appeared in the pictures. The water was not very warm, and the setup was quite uncomfortable.
