I had an exceptional experience at the Crowne Plaza in Lansing, and I want to specifically recognize Victor at the front desk for going above and beyond.
Due to some severe weather, we had to arrive a day earlier than planned, which created a few complications with our reservation. Victor took the time to patiently work through everything with us, nearly 45 minutes, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. He was even able to keep us in the same room and smoothly continue our reservation without any hassle.

I took students from Youth and Government class they stay three or four days. I either take them or I pick them up. Nice place. I’m a school bus driver for Union City Community Schools.
Clean place. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. Plenty of free parking space. Hot tub was clean and warm. The interior of the building had a modern look and was under further renovation in the lobby but that wasn't of any inconvenience.
Victor, at the reception. Friendly and helpful while being respectful and professional at the same time.
Location - close to the outer periphery of Lansing but that wasn't much of a concern for us.
Microwave wasn't there in the room but a lot of nice hotels don't have one in the room.
