Horrible service. Lazy workers. They don't want to get out of the truck and do the job they are suppose to do. No wonder the city looks the way it does... Then when you call they act like your the problem and are extra rude. I'm so glad I will not have to deal with this horrible service anymore.
Will never recommend them. I canceled my service and got granger!
It makes perfect sense that they deal in trash, as that's the quality of the service you will receive: TRASH. My home has been missed several times and when I've called to remedy it, they are totally unwilling to help. The same is true for several of my neighbors. Granger is a MUCH smarter choice!
City of Lansing Trash, is literal trash! They constantly missed my pick ups and had to send video footage of them missing my pick up because they never believed me. I moved out of the city and sold my house, They were supposed to pick up my trashcan and when I called to see if it was picked up and if I was going to get a refund because I still had a month of service, They told me I once again, never took my trash out for them to pick it up. This happened at the beginning of August, then followed up mid August. I was supposed to get a call back and have yet to hear back if they were able to pick up the trash can… its October now.
