It makes perfect sense that they deal in trash, as that's the quality of the service you will receive: TRASH. My home has been missed several times and when I've called to remedy it, they are totally unwilling to help. The same is true for several of my neighbors. Granger is a MUCH smarter choice!
City of Lansing Trash, is literal trash! They constantly missed my pick ups and had to send video footage of them missing my pick up because they never believed me. I moved out of the city and sold my house, They were supposed to pick up my trashcan and when I called to see if it was picked up and if I was going to get a refund because I still had a month of service, They told me I once again, never took my trash out for them to pick it up. This happened at the beginning of August, then followed up mid August. I was supposed to get a call back and have yet to hear back if they were able to pick up the trash can… its October now.
I am still waiting for a reply to my email about missed trash pickup. This is the second time in 2 months. The first time in March they skipped my trash all together and then tried to say I didn't have it out by 7:00 a.m.... the second time was yesterday and they picked up the three trash bags sitting next to my trash bin but they didn't empty my bin. I'm really sad because I had high hopes for them after waste Management in Granger failed us. Trash is always paid and the trash is always up by 6:30 a.m. every Tuesday. Getting rid of trash should not be this stressful. I really don't want to have to get Petty enough to start recording
