I've been coming to this location (and the East Lansing location) for at least 10 years. Occasional issues? Sure, but they've always resolved them. 99.9% of the time, my shirts, suit jackets, and wash & fold come back looking store bought. Most of the staff are super nice, too. Though, I think Danielle works everywhere ? Pro-tip: Ask about coupons and frequent customer discounts! They're good about looking them up and associating them with your account.

Danielle’s customer service is unparalleled! She was so amazing and truly went above and beyond for me! I needed a rush job to get my wedding dress steamed because of some alteration issues that delayed me getting my dress back. They usually require a longer period of time to steam a dress than I had but Danielle was able to reach out and get approval to get the dress pressed and back to me in a very short amount of time. She even knew me by name when I came in even though we hadn’t met yet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much Danielle and Danielle’s supervisor! You are lifesavers!

I took my satin bridesmaid dress to be cleaned, and pressed. Brought in Saturday, and it was ready Monday afternoon (before the estimated time). Very friendly, and happy with the results.
