It was very helpful for me to have Matt Garner at my home to help me understand how things in the basement need to be taken care of. Matt carefully explained to me what needed to be taken care of and how everything needed to be done. Matt showed me how things needed to be done. He also showed me how I could take care of things. Matt also showed me how things that are kept in the basement must be kept. I am thankful to know how I am to take care of everything. I do plan on having Matt here in the future for regular checkups. I am very thankful for Matt's help, and I do appreciate the things he taught me.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Adam K. at Ayers Basement Systems. Adam was our salesman and not even part of the production team, which makes this even more impressive. After the production team finished the job, I was still getting water in my basement because some of the pipes were replaced incorrectly. I called Adam while he was out in the field on another job and explained what was going on. He took the time to drive an hour to my house to personally check it out. Once he saw the issue, he went to the hardware store, came back, and fixed everything in about 30 minutes. I haven’t had any issues since. Ayers does fantastic work, and has excellent customer service. I have had several projects done by Ayers, including basement encapsulation, sump pump install, concrete leveling, and others. Ayers customer service communicates with me in the ways that are easiest for me, and the sales people are knowledgeable and transparent. Ayers really commits to making sure the jobs are done right too, including, in the case of the types of projects I had done, immediate inspections right after, and then 1 year later too.
