I started coming here in October of 2024. I initially saw a provider for acne and was prescribed a retinoid for the first time with no direction. Fast forward through months of me piling this prescription on, destroying my face, and now a year later and no significant improvement. I decided to come back and try a different provider, Anna McCaughna. What a breath of fresh air. She is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the reasoning behind switching me to a new prescription, listened to me when I explained my concerns and provided thoughtful feedback on the current products/routine that I was using. I recently started seeing a new dermatologist, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from Anna. She’s absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to your concerns. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just treat the symptoms; she takes the time to understand the problem and find real solutions. I always leave my appointments feeling heard and supported. I actually look forward to seeing her each visit. Highly recommend!
They need better communication between the local office and their call center. Have had billing issues and scheduling issues that required me going in to the local office in Lansing to get it resolved. Once showed up for a rescheduled appt. only to find out they did not reschedule. Also cannot find a local phone number for this office as all calls go through the call center located somewhere else.
