Do not book here. Owner is very unprofessional and rude and claimed I didn’t have an appointment until the next day. She was incredibly rude over the phone and did not want to listen to what I had to say. Spend your time and money somewhere else

More like a Touch of Classless. I called Tues 4/16/24 and was surprised to get an appt for Thurs. I show up at my appt time and the doors are locked so I called her. She got condescending because she didn't remember speaking to me. Finally asked for my name and said my appt was for last week. I asked how my appt could be for the week before I called??? I have a screen shot of the original call. She wasn't apologetic, didn't try to make it right. I should have known better by the unprofessional phone manners when I originally called.

Tried to become an apprentice with her because I wanted to do nails for a living and I got blown off and blocked after meeting up with her a few times. After her reading my texts and no response I decided I've had enough. She told me she would pay for the test and everything then got rude saying she's not doing it anymore for free( even though that's what was agreed upon).
