A-OK replaced my central air unit years ago and this winter (January) our 20+ year-old furnace took a dump. A-OK was able to come out and take a look at it the same day, and had us back in business with a new firnace within 24 hours. It's Spring now, and we've had no issues.
A-OK is amazing. My 23 year old furnace went out and they discovered cracks in the heat exchange causing the furnace to be unsafe. Keegan was courteous and polite. He clearly was well versed with the furnace and gave great expert advice. I decided to go with a new furnace. Keegan was very professional and did an amazing job at the installation. Thank you so much for your professionalism and customer care. I highly recomend A-OK and highly recomend Keegan doing your next service.
GREAT COMPANY! There are several furnace repair places in Lansing, but A-OK HEATING, COOLING & PLUMBING (NOT the same company as A-OK Mechanical!!!). A-OK Heating was the ONLY ONE who advertised 24-hour emergency service and actually answered their phone! All of the others either had an answering machine, or some off-shore answering service, or would only come out if it was a gas leak! This was at 9:00 pm at night, and when we called, RICH the owner of A-OK Heating, answered the phone, and sent someone out fast!
