He was very congenial and explained everything clearly. The guys that came out to do the job were excellent and did a great job. We increased the thickness of the wire due to owning large dogs and it has proved to be very durable. We recently had some issues opening one of our gates and they came right out and fixed it free of charge and with a smile. They’ve been really nice to work with. Highly recommend!“
