Highly recommend! Very clean and professional place with top notch equipment. Had an injury that was nagging for a year but after a couple months of going to Thera Performance Lab the improvement was incredible. Mani and Tim apply a different approach to physical therapy and rehabilitation that is different than what I’ve seen from any other PT clinic. They breakdown what the real cause of injury or irritation is caused from and help explain it in a manner that’s understandable and makes sense. Training plan is customizable and efficient. Dr. Mani changed my recurring lower back and nerve pain in two sessions. I was skeptical that another round of PT would help my back. Dr. Mani’s approach is completely different.
