He takes the time when he’s doing our application to speak with us, have short conversation about things we can do to make it better such as lawnmower, height, and watering and that kind of communication is very helpful to me as a homeowner because I just need to know what to do without doing all of the research and of how to do it all.

Pros good pay and always reliable unless it's the winter and you have to get unemployment
Cons winters days could be 24 hour shifts and your cold and exhausted but still get a call two hours later after you just got off
Pat is a great owner tho and he definitely cares about his employees
Everyone trys their best for those bonuses in the winter the rules go
If you don't miss more then 3 days of winter work then you get a bonus
Con so many drug addicts that are the temporary workers for the winter people that come off the streets an are high on hard drugs and carry sometimes so it is not much the work is dangerous but the random temp's that are
But definitely would work here again if I lived near here
