“Well, as many of you know, I am a Rochester transplant and I have had a difficult time adjusting to price differences from my previous haunts. I am getting used to it, but what I haven't gotten used to however is the ridiculous differences between the cost of men's haircuts and women's. Women once again get the short end of the stick.Unfortunately, my hair is longer than most of the women I know, so ladies I now feel your pain. Despite this, I have found an absolute gem in Rochester's Salon Diem. Not only is Melissa M incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what she does, she is also personable, charming and generous, she actually listens to what you want, what you don't want, and makes you comfortable with the final product.
