“I came in Saturday 2-10-24 (10 mins before closing ) The woman working was so kind that she still allowed me and my party of 3 to still get our brows threaded. Her threading technique was so gentle and detailed that it was painless process. I appreciated that she stopped and allowed me to preview my brows. overall I had a great experience!! I am getting used to it, but what I haven't gotten used to however is the ridiculous differences between the cost of men's haircuts and women's. Women once again get the short end of the stick.Unfortunately, my hair is longer than most of the women I know, so ladies I now feel your pain. Despite this, I have found an absolute gem in Rochester's Salon Diem. Not only is Melissa M incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what she does, she is also personable, charming and generous, she actually listens to what you want, what you don't want, and makes you comfortable with the final product. She always explains the pros and cons to everything I ask and is available for my paranoid questions! : )If you want to treat yourself in a comfortable environment, I cannot recommend her highly enough.-Doc“
