Prompt with service, pleasant, professional but ordered a breathing treatment medicine for me and no way or nebulizer to use it. When trying to get an order for breathing nebulizer, I was told they couldn't help me, so now I have nebulizer medicine with no way to give it. I made several attempts to call to find one and when I found one at a CVS in Fenton, I called them back and they couldn't or wouldn't send the order. So I'm left with breathing nebulizer medicine and no way to use it. I ordered one from Amazon, but delayed any use I could get from the medicine. I walked in 6 minutes before their closing time. Everyone was so kind and good to me. I felt absolutely miserable and scared from breathing issues I experienced at 7:30 pm. Promptly got a much needed breathing treatment, oral steroids and medication to start on the next day. Thank you to each and everyone on staff last night who I'm sure we're just looking to get out the door and go home for treating me so well.
I took my daughter there a few weeks ago. The staff, especially "Mack", was absolutely wonderful. They had been slammed all day with patients, but both Mack and the PA were still very patient and kind. They took the time with my daughter to find put what was wrong and treated her accordingly. We were able to get the medication at the Urgent Care as well instead of having to wait the next day (since it was so late), so that was an added bonus!! We will keep going back for sure. Sometimes the wait is long, but worth it because the care is great!
