We’ve now worked with Northern Reflections Construction & Restoration twice, and both times Jesse went above and beyond.

The first time was when we discovered a pin-sized hole in the interior spigot line. It had been leaking and we were terrified after spotting a small bit of mold starting to form. Jesse came over immediately, reassured us, and treated our home like it was his own. He coordinated everything including bringing in a plumber to replace the spigot and install a dedicated shut off so the hose line wouldn’t cause future issues during winter. He also coordinated the drywall. And a total pro at taking care of things with the insurance company. We felt so good about everything each step of the way. And everything was SO fast and professional. Our whole household was so wound up from when we pulled up the carpet to see the damage before calling, and once they got there we felt safe. It was under control by people who were communicative and obviously knew what they were doing!

The second time, we realized a water line hadn’t been fully shut off and we had a stealth leak running for about 8 hours before we caught it. We texted Jesse in the evening and he made sure industrial-grade fans were delivered to our house right away (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS OUT OF TOWN!). That quick response likely saved our floors and limited the damage to just a few days of drying instead of a full replacement of all our floors.
