I bought a carpet remnant and it turned out to be discolored(it was not unrolled until I got home) and when I returned it for something else, they cut the new carpet crooked so it doesn’t fit right. They were nice and easy to work with but I probably wouldn’t go back.

We were contacted by Chuck, the owner from a post I made looking for DRY, SEASONED, and ready to burn firewood. We bought $200 worth of the wood, What he delivered was unfortunately the complete opposite. This is where it takes an unfortunate turn, I contacted him the same night of the delivery and he decided to show me videos on how to season wet wood! I told him I wanted my money back and return this wood! After going back and forth for hours upon hours, he decided to only give me 100 and screw me with the wood. So I had to buy from a more reputable and respectable lumber person. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

Owner and dude that was working with him was rude, kept changing the price, when I said I wanted black carpet they were talking amongst themselves about how that’s the worst idea ever. Won’t go back.

First off when I called I was looking for floor padding never in my conversation with the guy did i say I want the cheapest padding the have.....ok here's my whole experience in this place we get their the guy talks to me and my wife like we are stupid had to tell the guy I've done flooring for a couple years before he stops...finally found a carpet we like we like the feel the colors we get it home rip up the old crap n padding lay the edging the padding and got two corners layed down of the carpet my wife walks on it and tells me to stop don't start cutting call the next day I knew we wasn't going to get the money back but tells us I don't know how u think we can make this right..then tells us we can bring in the carpet we bought and pick something else but would have to pay the difference instead of making it right we have to spend more money o and his other famouse words are u get what u pay for but tells us we bought good stuff I not the best of the best but the best if u get what I mean then my wife calls he calls her a f,ing idiot over the phone and lies to her about what he said to me and tells her to f off we are not happy with this place and I would not recommend going or buying a thing from this owner

Chuck and crew just installed 600 sq ft of Chelsea hickory hardwood in our home. Looks fabulous, we are very pleased with the product and install.
