Came to my mother's home on a service call for toilet overflowing. Tech found the issue to be that septic likely needs pumped. Tech was very helpful and kind. My mother was very happy with the service and information she received.

Called Crawford Plumbing and Heating, Lake City, MI (7-21-25) for help with recent leak issues since the rain Saturday evening. Clyde and daughter came right away within an hour and solved the leak issue our here near Moorestown..Thank you Crawford Plumbing & Heating!

Honesty and integrity. I thought I was going to have to tear half my house apart and spend an upwards of $10,000, and was prepared to do so. These guys came out and found the problem, explained to me what was happening, and only charged $300 when they easily could have lied and taken a lot more from me. I will be using Crawford plumbing for all my plumbing-related needs.
