Reviews
My 28 year old TRANE furnace and AC needed service, and after calling six local companies, Royal Comfort Mechanical was the only one who responded, diagnosed the problem, and offered objective alternatives. I chose to replace instead of repair it due to its age, and found Royal Comfort was the only local company currently authorized to sell TRANE. I have found Royal Comfort Mechanical to be prompt and professional with service requests, and they remember my service history and install details. They are efficient and thorough when they service my system. This is the first company that has offered me tips on upkeep of my system that are particular to my setup. Because they are just as prompt and professional when I asked for a repair of an old system, I know they will always be reliable when I need them. It is a pleasure to work with this company.
some of the nicest people you ever want to meet...also extremely competent techs
