Chuck Carpenter is a very informative home inspector, I am a new home owner and was given 5 days to find a home inspector, luckily my husband and I found him quickly to use his services. We needed a home inspector who had experience, knowledge and certification because Michigan doesn't require licensure for home inspectors.
