Absolutely wonderful experience, We had a main line sewer clogged in our house, from the time we called to the time they arrived was about 45 minutes, the technician was very professional and had the drain opened in about 20 minutes, he even showed me on the camera that there were roots growing into the pipe, he quickly cleared the blockage and ran water to make sure everything was flowing smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I won't be using anyone else from now on!! Thank you Thank you

This is a great company! 10 out of 10 recommend these guys. Moved to Muskegon last year, so don't know who to use. These were the guys who could come check it out today. We had a backed up main line that they were able get all cleared out for me. Matt was awesome and answered all my questions and showed me all that was going on and why our main line was all blocked up.

My sewer drain ended up backing up because of roots which lead to not being able to run any water in the house without water coming up in my basement. Ended up calling a bunch of different companies around town to see if they could roto-rooter my drain. All the companies were not available to come out the same day or they were insanely priced. Ended up calling Butlers. They arrived within 2 hours of me calling and the price was fair. Zach did a great job and explained everything he was doing while showing me the camera footage inside the drain line clearing roots. 10/10 company. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs.
