Two days before the New Year, water heater went through catastrophic demise, leaving us without hot water. Placed a call to Otto T. A technician came by 4 hours later. Knowledgeable, courteous. Inspected, explain options, provided quote. Crew was there the next morning (Dec 31...!) uprooted the old, installed the new - all piping remade at the top. Clean, professional. Peace is back at the house. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment. 100% best HVAC customer service I have ever experienced. A/C was blowing warm, was 93 degrees outside. Placed service call at 8 am when they opened on Monday. I'm 10 miles from Trzos facility and by 930 am the capacitor was replaced and it was blowing cold.
