“My project with Creative Deign & Build was putting in 2 stone retainer walls and stone steps down to the back yard, also new yard lights front and back. The finished job looks great. Their people were easy and great to work with, especially the Supervisor on site, I think his name was Tony. Stephen is easy to work with, made design suggestions along the way, and made himself available as needed. This is my 2nd project with Creative Design & Build. The reason I went with them again is a good job the first time, ease of working with them and TRUST.“

They arrived on time, took great care to remove a very tall wild-cherry tree, with three huge trunks being careful of both the electrical wires nearby and our rooftop. They also trimmed a tall oak tree, removing branches which extended above our home. They completed the job by stump-grinding the base of the cherry tree and cleaned up the area when finished. We are very satisfied with a job well done.“

“Amazing service! I went to the yard to meet up Russ and his wife and they helped me understand what type of rock I needed for my project. I ordered it to be delivered on Monday morning and I got a call 30 minutes before they showed up at 9am!

Also the rock was exactly as expected. Very reasonable rates. Another place I called had a $400 minimum, but I was able to pay much less because I didn’t need that many cubic yards.

I’ll be ordering from here from now on.“

There are a couple of spots that could look better than what they do but natural Lawn has been very good and responsive to our inquiries and suggestions in fact our application tech Orlando has been outstanding. He takes the time when he’s doing our application to speak with us, have short conversation about things we can do to make it better such as lawnmower, height, and watering and that kind of communication is very helpful to me as a homeowner because I just need to know what to do without doing all of the research and of how to do it all.
Orlando has been outstanding. We’ve had different lawn technicians each season but by Foor Orlando has been the best that we’ve had so far. So I hope he will continue in the next season or two going forward.“
