Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I used them a few years ago and had just purchased a brand new couch. No one else was in my home but their workers who pierced my couch with a piece of LVP. We knew for a fact it was them, the owner fought with me over the phone and yelled. Never did they replace or fix. That wasn’t even the worst of my experience. I had to call multiple times to get them to finish the job. One of the workers also told me the first guy they sent to do my house was hired off Craigslist the day before and the owner hadn’t even seen him do any work before. He did such a bad job someone had to come redo the whole job. Please do not use this company you’ll regret it like I did.

I had Harbor Floors install carpeting on my stairs and my experience was terrific! The owner, Greg, was competitive with pricing and easy to work with as I had to delay installation until my contractors finished refurbishing the wood skirting and new trim board. The carpet install by the Dave & Dave team was flawless and the stairs now look tailored and stunning! Very happy with my new look! Thank you!

I strongly recommend exercising caution before working with this business. In my experience, communication was extremely difficult, and I had significant concerns about the owner’s behavior and professionalism. A single phone call made it clear that things were not being handled in a stable or trustworthy manner. Proceed carefully and do your research.

Finally decided to pull the plug and move forward with a large master suite renovation that included removing old carpet and tile including all the stairs. We contacted Harbor Floor and Greg came out to discuss options, timeline and even brought a floor sample to match a job they did for us a few years ago. They provided Excellent service from start to finish, all done efficiently, timely, and we are SO happy with our new floors. Looks amazing!

I had my wood floors replaced after water damage. Greg was amazing throughout the entire process. He came to my house within hours of my call, helped me pick the perfect replacement, dealt with my insurance company and kept me updated the entire time. Rebecca was extremely kind and efficient at the store and the installation crew could not have been any better. They did a fabulous job on my new floors, cleaned up and even put new felt pieces on all of my furniture. I will definitely be using Harbor Floors for any of my future home projects and would recommend them to friends and family.

Very pleased with the job Harbor Floors did installing Luxury Vinyl Flooring. Their very experienced installers, Jim and Steve were very detail oriented and courteous always cleaning up for the day and trying keep things livable. They moved our furniture around including washer and dryer, cut a cabinet door to fit as well as trimmed fascia to allow the refrigerator to fit. They leveled the floors added very nice looking toe molding and some baseboards in the bathroom. All in all the floors look great. We worked with Greg the owner to place the order, measure and estimate the order. We had less than a box of flooring left over so very good estimating. Excellent experience and everyone who sees the floors loves them.
