Friendly, honest and efficient. Tim does repairs only so I did not feel like he was pushing for me to get a new roof (although i need one). He provided recommendations to help me get a bit more life out of the one I have now.
Tim was very honest and professional. Although he would not be doing the work — it would be a replacement and not a repair — he took the time to explain the scope of the project to me. Much appreciated.
I contacted Tim at Guns & Hoses over the weekend and he was able to come by my home first thing Monday. Tim was on time and polite. He took care in accessing my roof. He provided me with photos of what he saw that needed attention. He also was clear that the decision was mine. He spoke knowledgeably about my roof's needs and also didn't pressure me. I would highly recommend for roof repair.
