Thought I had a clogged toilet so, I called. Corey Smith was the technician, what an AMAZING guy! He found the tree roots and cleared them quick! He even ran a camera to make sure they were cleared! He had a wonderful personality. He was fast, friendly, and made sure he explained everything, so I understood, BEFORE he did it! He educated me on things I could do to help in the future with the root problem and other common drain issues. WHAT AN UPSTANDING YOUNG MAN & EMPLOYEE! Corey and Pedro were amazing. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Being a family new to having a septic system, when the pump alarm sounded it was a bit scary and we didn’t know what to expect. They were out the next day and not only did they expertly diagnose and fix the problem, but they also educated us on the system itself to the point of making it not scary at all and giving us the ability to self-diagnose in the future. Will call them without question in the future should the need arise.
Corey answered our request for services quickly and came as promised the next day . He was fast and efficient. He was also very helpful with suggestions for maintaining our sinks, etc. we would highly recommend him.
