Makayla was fantastic with my fearful English Mastiff! She listened to my abuse-rescue spiel, accepted and used his commands, and she gave him time to smell her and the space to acclimate so it was the best possible experience for him. When I picked him up, he wasn't shut down like he can be with new people, he was contentedly sitting and watching another dog be groomed, and came home smelling and looking fantastic! He smelled really nice for a lot longer than he has previously being groomed, too!
11/10 Will be using Makayla's Paw Spa again!

This was our first time bringing our long hair miniature dachshund to Makayla and he looks great! It was easy to get an appointment on the website and the price was very reasonable for a job well done!

Took my parents newly adopted dog Charlie there for a bath. You can tell that Charlie has some trauma with a past water experience before she came into our family and they were nothing short of amazing at Makayla's Paw Spa! I highly recommend to anyone. They took the time with our sweet Charlie and we felt very comfortable leaving her with them for her Spa Day. We can't thank you enough!
