So, I had a bit of an emergency, long story short, I scratched my eye with a dollar bill on accident yesterday and called today about making an appointment. They said to come in right away. That was so nice of them to do that, considering the fact that they didn't have to! I am ever so thankful for that because my vision is important to me. So yes a 5 star for Kalkaska Family Vision Care!
The ladies of Kalkaska Family Vision are great! I went in for a eye glass repair, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. With NO CHARGE! Not to mention, I was not a patient of theirs. Needless to say, I am now!
Your first impressions are from the people who greet you. One of the ladies at the front desk should definitely work on her greeting skills. First I was speaking with one and she interrupts me with an attitude telling me the same thing I was about to say before she interrupted, almost as if what she interrupted me for would make me leave or cause a scene. I almost just walked out, however every single employee I had contact with was above superb! Such a shame they almost lost 5 customers because of one bad seed.
