I was looking to have a Generac standby generator installed and Waggoner’s was one of the few contractors to actually have them in stock. Tom came over within a few days and gave me a very reasonable quote. The two installers were professional, polite and very friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the installation. So I very highly recommend Tom for this or any other electrical service needs you may have.Update: When 45,000 people in Kalamazoo were without power due to an ice storm, I was one of the few people that did not have to worry thanks to the Generac installed by Tom. Just had 2nd job completed by Wagoner- absolutely seamless! Arrived promptly, completed job faster than anticipated. Electrician was pleasant, knowledgeable and overall easy to work with.Our first project was a few years back - a Generac installation- that also went well and Wagoner has done its periodic maintenance which has been very reasonably priced and has kept us always “in power.”Highly recommended!
