I've bought makeup from Uita's for years. My 2 favorite items are Urban Decay and Stile waterproof eyeliners. Both are waterproof and don't smudge.In addition, I only apply once, and it lasts all day.

The experience was enjoyable. I was very reassured. I got plenty of info when going for my first ever perm with my stylish Lis. Definitely will be coming again well worth a 5 star review.
