I came in with three problems with my laptop and Justin had them straightened out (and helped tidy up things I didn't need!) within 15 minutes. He was patient, kind and explained everything he was doing. I have been going to the Computer Guild for 17 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I brought in a beautiful high end pc with excellent cable management and only wanted RGB from the motherboard and graphics card they aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to RGB I found out later but they gave it a college effort, That resulted in them blowing up my motherboard under their careful supervision.?? The owner blamed the hardware I wanted to get put in but it is truly unknown what really caused it. They did act fast replace the motherboard for free but in the first five photos you see below is the poor cable management that they did AFTER blowing up my motherboard AND THEM HANDING IT BACK TO ME. Very polite and efficient people. Every single thing that could go wrong with ordering parts from overseas happened, and they did everything in their power to help me. And at a lower cost than I would've thought. A fantastic service that I recommend to anyone with tech issues.
