Greeter was very friendly and helped immediately. Getting glasses replaced I was also treated with respect and kindness. She took the time to make.sure the replacement would be accurate the first time. This has actually been one of the best places I have bought glasses.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience today. Jamir helped me with getting new frames and sunglasses, as well as helping me with getting contacts ordered. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly and patient with me. There is another woman that was working alongside him while I was there. She handled an incident with a customer with extreme professionalism and patience despite being spoken to and treated very unkindly.

This RX Optical location on West Main has gone above and beyond to help me with things that aren’t even their responsibility numerous times. Another location did not listen to me when I told them the glasses I ordered from them were not right. Twice they were wrong. I mentioned this at West Main and they immediately figured out the issue and corrected it. I’m currently in a bind with a contact order I placed (with another company) and they are making sure I have contacts to get me through until my order comes in. They’re excellent all around.
